I started working on the site again last week and the work lasted about 2 minutes. I need a better resource to help me find the contacts I need. Those 2 minutes did do something though – reinforced to me that the websites of most tattoo parlours plain suck – S-U-C-K – pure and simple. One site I came across – showed a picture of captain Pugwash with the flippin’ theme tune repeated over and over again. No contact details, no galleries, no shop address – NOWT – nothing at all. I still cannot believe that a lot, and I mean a lot, of tattoo studios do not have any way of contacting them except a bleeding telephone number. Many sites that do have contact pages use – hear me now! – gmail and hotmail accounts? can you believe that? This is the 21st century for god’s sake. I have been thinking about my offering again – I will offer:-

• Domain setup and hosting made simple – I will do all the domain administration
• Website setup and design – I have a lot of experience in this and can do it….
• Galleries – some of the tattoo studio galleries I have seen – my god…..I will offer gallery setup, lightbox effects, fancy-schmancy stuff – 12 free updates per year at least 10 pages per gallery with unlimited photos. I wlll also keep an archive of all photos submitted, do resizing, cropping, photo enhancement, watermarking with custom logo – everything that any sensible 21st century tattoo studio would need
• eMail – the studio can have a thunderbirdink.com email or an email of their choice if they opt for a custom domain package
• 12 free website updates per year
• Integrated blog so that the studio can blog direct to the site
• Help in setting up email clients
• There will be blog pages
• There will be user galleries
• There will be featured members
• There will be in site advertising
• All this will be cheap, cheap cheap – prices coming soon
